Simon Breakspear is a learning strategist, researcher and innovator, internationally recognised as a leading thinker on educational reform and learning innovation. Simon holds a first class honours degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Teaching, a MSc. in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford, and is a PhD Candidate at the University of Cambridge. He was a Gates Scholar at the University of Cambridge, and Commonwealth Scholar at the University of Oxford.
Simon is the founder and CEO of LearnLabs, where he works to help education leaders design and deliver high-impact learning strategies. He has worked with and spoken to leaders across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Hong Kong and India.
Simon has contributed to the OECD’s PISA and Innovative Learning Environments projects and is passionate about the potential for radically improving how the world learns.
